Helping you feel better, think clearer, and move forward
Private psychiatric care, from the comfort of your home
Meet the Practice
I provide thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care grounded in both medication expertise and psychotherapy. My approach combines clinical precision with deep respect for each person’s inner world.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude, and earned my medical degree (MD) from Stony Brook University School of Medicine. I went on to complete my psychiatry residency at Westchester Medical Center, where I received the Psychotherapy Distinction Award and served as chief resident. I currently work as an inpatient psychiatrist at St. Vincent’s Hospital Westchester.
My training includes medication management across a broad range of conditions—including those that call for nuance and complexity, such as mood disorders, anxiety, psychosis, mania, and substance use. I also have advanced training in psychotherapy, with a particular focus on cognitive therapy and psychodynamic therapy. I work with individuals navigating obsessive thoughts, emotional distress, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. Whether you’re seeking clarity, symptom relief, or deeper understanding, I aim to provide care that is steady, intelligent, and attuned.
